Return and Refund Policy

At MAMÉA, we are committed to offering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period You have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions To be accepted, the returned item must:

• Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged
• Not have been unpackaged (intact and unopened packaging)
• Include all original tags
• Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and postpartum briefs cannot be returned if they have been worn, unpackaged, or if their protective packaging has been removed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed or damaged items
• Unpackaged items or items whose hygiene packaging has been opened
• Final sale or clearance items (except manufacturing defects)

How to Start a Return? Contact us by email at contact@mamea-shop.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error, in which case MAMÉA covers the return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item (size, colour), return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@mamea-shop.com with a photo of the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
