Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times Once your order has been shipped from the UK, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year.

Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Delivery Zones We ship from the United Kingdom to France and many other countries worldwide. Customs fees, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your delivery country and are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays MAMÉA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or exceptional circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or you do not receive it, contact us immediately at contact@mamea-shop.com with your order number and photos if necessary.
